To build self-control is really nerve-wrecking. If it is not, you will not be reading articles on how to have self control (great example from Growthzer.com). However, the good news is that it is plausible. It can be attained provided that you are willing to change the life you are used to. This is also a chance for you to manage impulsivity. As this occurs, you will feel more in control of your actions and in the end, yourself. This will lead to a feeling of satisfaction. You will also find this empowering for it is going to boost your self-esteem. However, the big question is – how?
